If your website contains links to, references to, or promotes any adult or obscene materials, your shim.net account will be subject to immediate termination. These materials include, but are not limited to, pornographic materials, hate or racist websites, and sites promoting illegal activities.

Shim.net URL Redirection members agree to receive periodic mailings (once or twice a month) from Shim.net with different offers pertaining to webmasters.

Shim.net may periodically remove accounts that are not being used.
